Refund policy

If GRIM Reaper isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying. You don't need to give a reason.

License

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once it's refunded, the license key stops working on all your Macs.

GRIM Cloud

• First payment: full refund within 14 days, for monthly and yearly plans. Your subscription ends when it's refunded.
• Renewals: full refund within 14 days of a renewal if you've barely used it that period (under 10% of the allowance). Otherwise, cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Yearly plans: after the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the year. We don't refund part-years.

Top-ups

Refundable within 14 days if you haven't used any of them.

How to ask

Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which processes all refunds. Use the link in your receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order. You can also email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live. It doesn't limit them.
